Insolated Freezer Room Floors

All our freezer rooms are equiped with a 24 DV polystyrene floor. A solid core of 24DV 100mm floor insolation will be covered in a 250 micron layer of plastic, to prevent polystyrene from absorbing moisture from the ground and concrete floor on-top.

A concrete slab, according to engineers specification, will be provided on request. Pre-fabricated galvanized floors, as an option, can be installed in smaller freezer rooms.

Meat Rail Systems

The Plated Shunt Systems

   

The Plated Shunt System consists of a Heavy Duty Main Structure with a Sub Structure with shunts, bends and wheel tracks.

Normal Plated Hook-on Meat Rails

   

For the lighter application, we make use of the normal hook-on system. This system also gets galvanized.
Note: No wheels on this system.

Shelving and Racking

We supply the white powder coated wire racking as well as the flat galvanised or powder coated shelves.

   

The white powder coated shelving mostly used in Glass Door Applications.
The flat galvanized shelves normally used as a storage shelf inside or outside cold and freezer rooms.

Solid Glass Window

   

We install double glazed, vacuum sealed, glass windows to suit personal needs. Glass windows are SABS approved and shatterproof. All glass windows will be installed with an aliminium finish.

Protection Barriers

We also manufacture protection barriers to protect the panels from getting damaged by pallets or fork lifts. Barriers are strongly bolted to the concrete and joined together with a carbon dioxide welder on site. Barriers get painted or galvanized to each customers specification.
